Rapides Academy 2025

Rapides Academy is a structured and high-level summer program designed for U9 to SENIOR players — girls and boys — who want to reach their full potential in a demanding, professional, and inspiring environment.

🔹 A Performance-Focused Academy
Led by certified coaches and based on LTAD (Long-Term Athlete Development) principles, the program focuses on the four pillars of high performance:

General technical skills + position-specific development
Team tactics
Integrated physical training
Mental and cognitive skills

🔹 Program Details

Duration: 6 weeks of training
Dates: June 23 to August 15, 2025
Training Weeks:

Week 1: June 23–27 (U9–U12)
Week 2: June 30–July 4 (U13–SENIOR)
Week 3: July 7–11 (U9–U12)
Week 4: July 14–18 (U13–SENIOR)
Week 5: BREAK
Week 6: BREAK
Week 7: August 4–8 (U9–U12)
Week 8: August 11–15 (U13–SENIOR)

🔹 Fees

CS LaSalle members: $225/week (15% discount)
Regular rate: $265/week
Extended day camp access: +$75/week

🔹 Schedule & Location

Morning sessions only, grouped by age
All activities held at Riverside Park, LaSalle

🔹 Optional Team Training
If most players from the same team are registered and the coach is available, additional group sessions may be included.

🔹 Special Guests
🎉 Every week, current or former elite players (including Ligue 2 athletes) will be on-site to share their expertise and motivate participants.
